Tom France is the Vice President of Distribution, Logistics and Transportation for Trane Technologies. He manages a team of global professionals that are responsible for about 3,000 order-to-delivery locations globally, and his team manages over $600 million of logistics spend annually. He has an extensive background in international operations, acquisitions and divestitures, business strategy, finance and accounting and growth market planning. His industry experience also includes automotive, heavy equipment manufacturing and international trade technology solutions companies.
Prior to his more than 20 years of experience in industry, Mr. France was a decorated surface warfare officer in the United States Navy and also served in military logistics planning in the US Naval Reserves. He has also served on the Board of Directors for financial and academic institutions. He has a B.S. in economics and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Vanderbilt University.
