Stephen Elsasser joins FourKites as our CFO from Fiserve, where he was the Senior Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Fiserv’s Account Processing business. The division provides software products and services to banks, credit unions and other financial institutions across North America. In addition to his role in the Account Processing business, he also led Fiserv’s Enterprise Pricing team, which works to establish the best pricing and best pricing practices across the firm’s various businesses. Prior to that, Mr. Elsasser was the SVP and CFO of Fiserv’s Bank Solutions business, a business unit within Account Processing catering to banks.
Prior to Fiserv, Mr. Elsasser held various leadership positions at Shop Your Way, formerly the world’s largest social shopping and loyalty program; Brightstar, the world’s largest consumer wireless distribution company; Sears Holdings Corporation, the parent company of the retailers Sears and Kmart; Citadel Investment Group, a $40B alternative investment management company; and Houlihan Lokey, a middle-market investment bank. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with Highest Distinction, from the University of Iowa. He lives in Milwaukee with his family.
